Photodamage affects areas of the body such as the face, neck, chest and arms. The features of photodamage include rough, dry and sallow skin with deep wrinkling, dyspigmentation (brown spots/lentigines, mottling, freckles, flat seborrheic keratosis), senile purpura (fragile skin prone to bruising), telangiectasia (red skin with spider veins) and a variety of benign and malignant skin lesions like actinic keratosis, Squamous Cell and Basal Cell Carcinomas as well as malignant melanoma.
